Hi Jwmoy
I copied the basic Eleotin formula (about 10-12 items in all) after I saw the ingredients posted on the internet. These are typically TCM herbs and substances that have been used for generations in Asia. There is nothing "Korean" about them; in fact one or two are used more in Western countries.
My fasting sugar level started to drop from an unmanageably high level to around generally about 6.0 mmol or 108 mg. It even down to 5.2 mmol / 94 mg. This was after I had been on this formula for around 6-9 months. It was quite troublesome to prepare as I had to grind the raw materials to powder form in the kitchen. I have to drink the stuff 3X daily - like hot tea or coffee - together with the famous TCM Six-Flavored tea in pill form which aims at reconditioning the left kidney, which in TCM is adversely affected in diabetics.
When I decided to cut back on the frequency of taking Eleotin, the blood sugar level went up again indicating that the good results were not permanent at all. When I decided to back to the 3X regimen again, the sugar level did not go down this time but looking back now, I am glad it didn't as it forced me to look at the problem from a totally different angle and this time I found a far more useful and workable solution to the problem, a solution based on a simple dietary principle.
I am already seeing, experiencing this improvement everyday and even my blurry eyesight seems to be getting better. Moreover, there is this curious pinkish tinge in the vision which I have never noticed before - as if one is looking out of some rose-tinted glasses. Isn't it beautiful, wonderful?
I am not going to say what this "solution" is at present until I get further concrete, positive results. In fact, I have already given you the clue here - dietary principle. If you would just reflect on this - take your time - you will also hit on it and I hope everyone on this wonderful website will too before long. Think of where it originated from - trace it BACK to your ancestors.
This principle has been there all along. Forget about herbs, drugs, mega-dose supplements and the so called nutraceuticals that you see advertised everywhere on the Net. I have tried many over the past 8-9 years but the positive results are precious little and hard to come by - here's a partial list of what I tried: chromium, biotin, cinnamon, brewer's yeast, tocotrienols, gymnema, green tea, oolong tea, bitter melon, fenugreek, black cumin oil, turmeric, passion fruit, guava tea, salacia, curry leaves, bay leaves, clove, ginger, coriander juice, resveratrol ...
Actually, the human body requires very little to survive and thrive and much of what we need is generally present in adequately in the diet. So supplements are really superfluous. Also these supplements, drugs, herbs, etc will not give permanent results - they will not only create medicinal/psychological dependence but also economic dependence as well. What is even more troubling is that they do not get to the root of the problem. They can only slightly control, moderate or ameliorate the negative effects (high blood glucose and the diabetic complications) usually for a price. But do they 'dissolve' these problems? Surely the true solution is not one that provides a crutch. It must be one that truly frees us.
What you, we, all of us want is a permanent eradication of the problem. It can be done. It can be easily done, in fact. Think of it as correct, logical dietary strategy. In fact, the dysfunction, this dis-ease was called "metabolic syndrome" was it not? See? The key solution is so clearly indicated and contained in the very name itself - "metabolic".
Nature tends towards homeostasis or dynamic equilibrium. Work with her, alongside her.
Good luck on your quest for diabetic freedom !!
Kindest regards
Cjuan
