I found a great site for health related software. There's one I just downloaded that allows you to search for specific foods and displays the same label that you find on containers. Another one called Food Diary helps you plan meals. It even has a web site with the database on it so you can look up items when you're away from home. Didn't have time to go through all the listings but I recommend having a look. So far, they all appear to be FREE, with no nags and/or begging for money. I'll be testing a couple tonight and let you know if they work well.
