130-150 is on the high side for a Fasting Glucose Level. Over 300 after a meal (that's 2 hours after you start eating, right?), is also too high. You may need your meds adjusted but my first question would also be, "What are you eating?".

BTW, I think you mean your sig to say 10-15 UNITS of Levemir instead of Milligrams (Each unit of insulin detemir is approximately equal to 0.142 mg of the drug).
I'd pass along those BGLs to you Doc, too. He needs to know that your meds may need adjusting.
