Need a new doc in NYC -- type 1 on pump and CGM

Greetings:

I just found out that my doc has left private practice and is now doing research. What a loss for patient care but good for the overall field. In any event, her office seemed to miss me when the letter went out to notify patients of her departure. Yikes and I just started on the cgm (although I'm on my third pump upgrade. ) So I am in the market for a new doc. Any suggestions for a great, smart, compassionate diabetes doc in the NYC area?

Hi there and welcome to the Diabetes Forum. Maybe some other members know of doctors in the NYC area and will suggest them. The only one I know is Dr. Richard Bernstein, who wrote The Diabetes Solution. He is also a type 1 and has a private practice on LI, I think. Sorry I can't help more.
