I mentioned before that eating pasta with marinara sauce always seems to lower my BGL. I've been playing around with the various seasonings in marinara, and it seems like oregano may be the one that makes a difference for me. If I make the same dish with no oregano, then add oregano the next day, my BGL is like 20 points lower.
Has anyone else found a correlation like this with any food product, or am I hallucinating again?
