Can anyone suggest an "acceptable" soup that I might try that would not have to many carbs and sodium, etc.? Or are there no (canned) soups available for people watching their carbs, etc.? I know many of you have mentioned you make your own soups, but I am afraid I am not that adventurous.
Also, could someone possibly suggest a cookie that you are using or have used?
I've looked at some of the 'sugar-free' cookies in the supermarket and notice that they contain 16G of carbs.
I was looking for something to substitute (every other day, etc.) for the grapefruit I now have with my decaf (as a snack).
