Thanks Lanie. I kind of thought that's what you meant about
the liquids at night time but just wanted to make sure.
I thought taking fasting reading as soon as you got up in the morining might give an elevated reading because your body was a bit "rushed" after getting up and taking the fasting test right away - at the very same time as getting up. Just my thoughts as to why some fasting readings could be higher than others (as I mentioned in start of this thread). Just me worried (again) about the readings in the mid 90s.
