Hello again! First of all, you do not have to worry all that much with those blood sugar levels. Your 99 after 2 1/2 hours of eating is perfectly fine! Most doctors are looking for under 100 in fasting but it's true that some people do have elevated blood sugar in the morning.
Sometimes we have bring that down by changing what we eat the night before. For example, as I said, since carbs keep the blood sugar up, then if you are eating cake or anything with sugar or a late dinner with carbs, then try to cut down on that.
What time do you eat dinner? What do you eat for dinner?
about your anxiety: Sometimes being stressed out can have physical effects on the body and maybe the anxiety is affecting the blood sugar. I don't know if this is true in your case but if you're worrying about this too much, maybe it is. Sometimes anxiety comes from feeling that you're not in control of things in your life or you're overwhelmed for other reasons. I hope the medication you are taking is helping with that.
May I ask how old you are?
