Thanks, Sherrine. You would think that labels would be easy to understand but sometimes we don't read them very closely. For example, that label will say how many servings are in the package and the information in the box is for
each serving, not the entire package. And "sugar free"! I fell for that some years ago thinking that it was fine for diabetics but "sugar free"
cookies will still drive your blood sugar up if they're made with flour!
