Hi Kinny, I'm sorry you're having a problem with the meds. Here is what I eat in general and then I'll follow that up with examples of my meals:

+all natural meat (that is, not processed meat like hot dogs or luncheon meat), chicken, fish
+all greens and fresh herbs
+vegetables but not corn (I know it's a grain, but..), no potatoes or yams
+nuts and cheese
+yogurt

- breakfast might be: no-sugar fruit yogurt (Kroger's CarbMaster), or two eggs with some bell pepper, or leftover piece of chicken

- lunch: big green salad with chicken strips or hard-boiled egg, raw veggies with olive oil and lemon juice, or chicken salad, or bean salad

- dinner: a piece of meat/chicken/fish and a couple of veggies (sometimes cooked and sometimes raw), salad type food

Snacks would be a mozzarella string cheese and some nuts or some yogurt if I hadn't eaten one for breakfast

Although I really try not to eat processed food, there are times I will have a slice of American Processed cheese or some bacon if I'm making quiche. I don't eat bread or anything made with flour or sugar except on rare occasions.

Lately, I've been eating less meat in general and eating more raw vegetables and salad/salad food. For example, one night I had a couple of spoons of bean salad (garbanzo beans and pinto beans with olive oil, lime juice, minced cucumber and onion), pieces of raw red and green bell peppers, slices of cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms and broccoli. That was dinner and it was really filling. On another night I ate a piece of roasted chicken, mashed (cooked) cauliflower with butter and a green salad.
