Went to my first rehab visit at the Heart Institute yesterday, deliberately lowered my carb count knowing my sugar would be, it was 17 but figured my nerves had a lot to do with it too but it came down to 8 after class, boy am I sore today, it can only get better

I'm sure nerves can cause a LOT of unwanted reactions in the body!
What did they have you do? I'm glad you seem to be recovering ok in any case and I hope you continue.

Ahh, the stretchy bands! Good luck with your exercises. I suppose you have to do some daily walking now? Take it easy and don't shovel snow!

I am up to 40 minutes a day and almost 2 miles at a quick pace, no pains in my calf muscles like before
I have had a contractor do the snow clearing for us since we moved in here in 2007

You've come a long way! Walking two miles? That's great!
