Well, I'm trying to figure it out. Actually I got a little lost in your post because at one point I didn't know if you were talking about
the time or your blood sugar when you wrote "130". Anyway, waking up with 90 is fine. Eating the egg, bacon and one piece of toast should have been ok. This is where I don't understand. You went out to eat at 11:30 and you started to feel weird. Did you test at 1:30? Or, was your blood sugar 130?
65 is rather low and that could make you feel shaky, but 85, 80, 90 and 95 are all good. After supper when you tested your blood sugar and it was 95, how many hours was that after you had eaten? Your 120 when you woke up is elevated.
Did the doctor put you on any diabetes medication or is the medication for Crohns?
If he told you to eat every three hours, it might be because he feels you are hypoglycemic but the only low reading you listed would be the 65. Did they do any blood lab work on you? If so, do you know what the results were?
If you are hypoglycemic, you do need to eat smaller meals more often and eat a balanced diet, vegetables, some protein and only a small amount of carbohydrates.
If you feel shaky or disoriented at times, it could be low blood sugar so you should be ready to pop in something to bring the blood sugar higher - but not overdo it and make your blood sugar bounce too high.
Here is a page from Blood Sugar 101 that talks about hypoglycemia. After you read that, check out the rest of that website (Click on "home".) for more information about blood sugar.

Has your doctor referred you to a nutritionist? I realize it is going to be a little tricky to manage Crohns and your blood sugar at the same time. You need to realize that two of the keys to keeping your blood sugar more level is to eat smaller meals more often, as he told you, and not to eat a lot of carbs at one time.
I would also suggest keeping a journal with the time, your blood sugar reading and what food you're eating. Normally we test 2 hours after eating.
I hope this helps a little. Please ask more questions that you might have.
