In around five years Google has announced that they will have a contact lens that will monitor the tears in your eyes for glucose levels and transmit the info to insulin pumps to regulate the amount of insulin needed at that moment.

That's amazing! First of all I had no idea that tears could be measured for glucose. It will be really interesting to see how this develops!

I heard somewhere that doctors don't like Diabetics to wear contacts I wouldn't
