Will, I'm glad you were offered a buy-out then since your office seemed like a bad environment. That's crappy. Sometimes pursuing a legal solution is very long and complicated. I'm sure there are laws to protect you regarding health discrimination and 'toxic' environment caused by an employee no matter who they are.

msOuchie, I hope you're better. I know that the steroids are going to mess you up. I've had a few rounds of shots and pills because of bursitis but fortunately I haven't dealt with that for awhile. I do take an anti-inflammatory when I feel like it's acting up from over use.

Thanks Lanie! More bearable days than before. I'll take it. Thankfully, I'm on Insulin...I just take more due to the Prednisone.
Usually, it works out but sometimes it doesn't. Of course, as you know there are other things that affect blood sugar, so we have to try to rule things out.

Sorry to hear of your Bursitis. That surely is painful. I'm glad that you are not being bothered by it too often. That's good that you have an anti-inflammatory ready when you need it.

Interesting Lanie, wife was saying I was doing too much, I felt like I was hitting a wall so now I am doing the bike two days in a row then a day off and weights every second day with doing situps, pushups and plank exercise on weight days instead of everyday.
