Actually, your blood sugar seems to be perfectly normal according to what you wrote! So, it would seem that sipping on some kind of beverage could hold you over if you can't eat anything. If you're on the thin side, maybe one of those nutrition drinks would work but you'd need to check them out for gluten, dairy and soy.
I guess your blood sugar might go 'low' at times and maybe make you feel tired and that's why it's good you recognize this and head it off before it becomes too much of a problem.
And you don't want to overkill either because in some people the blood sugar would spike high and then crash down (yo-yo) and that's not good for you. So, if you're hovering around the 70's, then sipping a beverage or sucking on a hard candy might be ok.
