that is to make sure you speak to your doctor. If you have anxiety, then there are medications that can help you with that, too.
If you are getting a pump, you will be trained very well and you will have a support team to guide you afterwards. A pump will be able to control your blood sugar much better than if you have to depend on insulin shots yourself, I believe.
Write down your concerns on paper and take that paper with you to the doctor or keep it with you if you talk to him on the phone so you don't forget what you want to ask.
