I'm glad the victoza is working better for you.
I have never had the Ultimate Feast at Red Lobster. (In fact, I've only eaten there once.) My guess about
the blood sugar results would be that the pizza crust is the majority of what makes up the pizza and that means pure flour which is a lot of carbs.
The shrimp, crab and lobster dinner is
probably more protein and fat even if you're eating a biscuit and the sweet potatoes.

In any meal, fats, protein and fiber are supposed to temper blood sugar spikes by drawing the effects out over a longer time than eating something like cake, bread or that pizza which would probably give you an earlier and higher spike - and then drop, depending on the individual and if that person is on diabetes meds.
