Bananas are high in carbs. Plain peanut butter without the added sugar is fine if you don't eat half a jar.
Cheese, hot dogs, plain coffee and tea are also fine, although some people are concerned about
cholesterol in cheese and nitrates in hot dogs - but for blood sugar, they shouldn't be a problem. Lots of vegetables, both raw and cooked, as well as all leafy greens (raw and cooked) are good and nutritious. Celery! It makes a great snack with peanut butter or cheese. Spices are fine. (Go easy on the salt.)
Your physical activity is great and that helps blood sugar.
