Gosh, it's been years since I was 107 lbs!
Ok, I see what you're saying. It could be a fluke (although normally even with a few points off, 105 is still our of the normal range). Or, it could be meds. Are you on any steroids? Or, other medication that is known to affect blood sugar?
Usually with a result like this, your primary doctor follows you with regular tests and even IF you need medication for blood sugar, it would start with your regular doctor. However, an endocrinologist is a specialist who treats anyone with blood sugar problems/diabetes, thyroid and any condition of glands.
For those who want to keep more normal blood sugar levels (and especially those who have insulin resistance and diabetes), cutting back on carbs is the way to go.
