Thanks Straydog and Ms Ouchie! I agree that a study like that is misleading. Probiotics are beneficial for the body but don't eat them to expect any kind of diabetes control! They may help with digestion or the works in your gut especially when eaten regularly. Yogurt, real sauerkraut, miso soup, kimchi and other food are good sources of probiotics.
What helps diabetics? Eating right. Being active. Keeping blood sugar as near to a non-diabetic's level as possible.
