I see there is info that intermittent fasting on a weekly basis is not so good in the long run. Weird. I suppose we can only fool our brain so much. I did this as an experiment, it wasnt to lose weight as I'm one of those thats lean/fit and can still have blood sugar issues.
I have "fat" friends who don't have blood glucose issues at all, its more about
chemistry than body fat. (Of course high body fat is obviously still not healthy for other reasons.)
