From what you write, your blood sugar is only slightly elevated. Doctors consider fasting up to 125 on more than one occasion as "pre-diabetic". The other readings in the afternoon are fine.
It might seem like it's a fasting reading after 4 or 5 hours of not eating but keep in mind you were not inactive. You were up and around and the body uses the glucose in the blood system for the energy you need. Even sitting in a chair means we're "up" and the body is active to some degree. Overnight we're sleeping for the most part and inactive.
A person who has no problems with blood sugar at all, will most likely test in the 80's during the day at random times except maybe within an hour of eating.
You don't have to lose weight to bring down your blood sugar though, especially from what you've written. Merely changing what food you eat can do that, and your fasting would be lower. Also, being physically active will help it further.
