Diabetic Amyotrophic disease

I was diagnosed with diabetic amyotrophy in March of 2018. It is a rare complication of my type II diabetes. So rare in fact that only 15K people in the US have it. The first symptom was excruciating pain. I’ve been on fentanyl and 40mg of Percocet for a year and a half. It has all but destroy left leg. Anyone here have this horrible complication.
