Ok the test results are in.
SW-232.
CW-185
Gw-150
Starting a1c-11.5
September a1c-5.9
Current a1c-4.8
NSV is my doctor who prescribes my meds says that he has never seen a diabetic patient go under 5.6 in all his years and I dont have to see him anymore. He says I'm an inspiration. I go off ozempic in January and I am going to 0.25 until I am out of meds and then I am off meds too.

Your last A1c is exactly what a non diabetic would have. But I'm confused about
what SW, CW and Gw mean- what are those? I hope you can keep your blood sugar at the normal level without medication! That would be great!
Thanks for the update!

You must be using WW (Weight Watchers)! The abbreviations (NSV, Non Scale Victory) give it away! Good job, may I ask how long did it take you to drop the 47 lbs?

How long are you planning to be on the keto plan? Are you still on the Januvia and Victoza?

Keto is a lifestyle for me now. I'm staying on it for life. I am only on ozempic. I'll be off all meds by end of January
