While going through medical literature, I repeatedly came across the role of oxidative stress in Diabetes exacerbation but conventional treatment doesn't address that (at least I could not find it). Popular science literature suggests using a Mediterranian diet, which is full of antioxidants, but rarely has anyone mentioned it addresses Oxidative stress.
Prescription Levocarnitine or OTC Acetyl L-Carnitine+L-carnitine is one of the easiest ways to address mitochondrial oxidative stress. I wonder if anyone tried and has the experience to report.
(I searched through the board and could not find any report)
Many thanks in advance.
