Once i cracked it with my doc. For all the pain dx medical...vision diabetes etc. I said the why me.
He replied...
Because you can handle it.

Am borderline functional, lol.
Been doing swim spa and sauna session, got a membership done, one that it is not advertised.
Savvy support worker. Sugars, relatively good. Lots going on, causing my headspace some issues.

Keep strong, hope ya good, too. Yeah, i was disgruntled with my dr for a day, then i got it.
Great grist for the mill. Got some zoom sessions coming up, pre req, yes, pain mgt clinic has accepted me.
My candid responses must have shone a honest light. HT
