I once was hypoglycemic and I also have had problems with high blood sugar as well. The worse time I had a hypoglycemic attack was when my sugar dropped down to 47, I had not eaten or drank anything all day and it was around 6 or 7 at night. I began to get extremely shaky and I could feel my heart pounding like it was going to come out of my chest. My vision became real blurred and I almost fainted. I lost my concentration, my balance, and my vision was very blury. After I drank a glass of orange juice and a cup cake it slowly went back up. In my experiences, the best way to treat hypoglycemia is to eat six times a day...every few hours and in small amounts. Keeping your sugar stable and food in your body really seems to help.
I was put on metformin for a while because of my sugar problems and I didn't take it as I should have. I am a strong Christian and I believe that God can heal anyone who has faith. I was diagnosed with borderline diabetes. I was prayed for by a minister at my church that the diabetes would be gone. A week later I stopped feeling all of the diabetic and hypoglycemic symptoms. Several months later my blood test showed that my sugar was completely normal and nothing was wrong! It was a true miracle and I am thankful to this day that my wonderful saviour healed me! He is a healer!
