Hi everyone and welcome to all newcomers. I apologize for being away so long, though I have been reading the forum almost every day. The Crohn's had not been behaving very well lately, but I'm juggling medicines and I think beginning to see light at the end of that tunnel.
Just a week ago I got a CPAP machine. I have mild sleep apnea but the doctor was more concerned that my oxygen saturation was low all night long when I had my first sleep study. I do feel that I'm sleeping longer and better now. I have noticed that my morning glucose readings have become very consistent, in the low 100's. Until recently they were erratic and often in the 130's, even when I followed my plan carefully. I haven't had a chance to do any research, just wondering if it's possible that sleeping better could improve my control. Anyone else noticed anything like that?
