Jeannie, you mentioned radishes and I have a question. I have been eating them with almost every dinner and keep them around to munch on as a snack in between meals too. Since I've been doing this along with a change of diet and exercise, my numbers are lower than before. Do you think they help keep readings lower because they are so crunchy, making the body work to digest them? I was thinking that a combination of radishes, celery and cucumbers would be a good because they're all raw and crunchy and be good to make the body harder. Or, is that line of thinking off base?
