Signs & symptoms of what?

I experience a range of different things that - it seems - don't usually accompany each other, which has me confused about what might be wrong. Here are some: insatiable appetite - 'hunger' after meals, headaches after eating sweet things (unless accompanied by something substantial), drinking a lot of water, low blood sugar when I restrict carb intake, cravings, intolerance to milk. I also have a somewhat irregular bowel. And I get moody. Sometimes depressed, sometimes rageful. I have underdeveloped muscles, excessive fat (though I am average or even underweight) and difficulty getting rid of the excess fat. And I get headaches and weird appetite problems when I exercise. Admittedly I have struggled with eating disorders, and thus have probably done some harm to my body, but I'm not convinced that there weren't physiological complications in the first place. Can anyone give me some advice? Could I be pre-diabetic? Is it GERD? Could it be something else?

I need some help I am having some sever pain from the right knee down to the top of the foot.
I been told it could be neuopathy but it should be the whole leg in pain. they gave me some neurotin
100mg and I am to take two in the morning and two at night. It isn't helping. I also was prescribed darvocet 100mg and it sosn't seem to toucj the pain. It is very hard to walk sit or stand let alone sleep with this pain. could the diabeties cause a blood clot in the leg? the pain is sharp like a tooth ace
