When I first started having siezures 10 years ago, they pretty much told me that it isn't uncommon for them to not really know where they stem from or what EXACTLY causes them. Seizures are complicated, and the brain is extremely complicated on top of that. For me anyway, it took many years of recording everything I could whenever I had a seizure that I did that day, the date and how I felt to understand how I worked. I suggest you do the same and share it with you're doctor.
Above all else, dont let it scare you or stress you out. Seizures, for me anyway, used to scare the hell out of me and make me feel weak. Now I just shrug it off, rest, pop some pain reliever and tell my friends that the final boss casted the seizure spell on me again :P
This is just my experience anyway, and I am NOT a doctor.
Good luck!
