i have been seizure free for 14 years now
i had 2 gran maul seizures when i was 15 in my sleep
and i have been on dilantin ever since
my dilantin level has been low since i started it but i have remained seizure free
lately i have started worrying about
having one
my dr say that i wont or i have a better chance of getting hit by lighting
what are the odds of having another one after so long?
and will i die if i have another one
or will it be in my sleep
or will i not remember it at all
lately people have neem telling me about
auras but if i never had these they wouldnt start now right.
and having a new case of anxeity my dr said wont trigger a seizure

If you don't trust your doctor, get a second opinion.
If you have anxiety, then speak to someone like a counsellor, psychologist, pastor, etc.

What about
talking to a health or spiritual professional about
your unrealistic fear?

you need to accept that this is down to your anxiety then!
10 doctors won't all be wrong!
anxiety does this to you - makes you feel that there is something wrong, even when you are proven wrong!
