Seizure?

I am a 34 year old woman. I have never had a seizure before. I have no idea if what I am having qualifies as a seizure. I know I need to go to the doctor, but am in the process of looking for a new primary for insurance reasons, and don't know if it is a big enough deal to speed up the process. For the last couple of months, mostly when I am tired, I have been having these feelings come over my head, like my whole head is having wave after wave of shaking and then it goes away. Twice my whole body was twitching (once today) and I could not speak (both times this happened I was either waking up or going to sleep, but was not asleep). Does this sound like a seizure or has anyone here ever experienced anything like it. It doesn't hurt, just extremely uncomfortable. Also, I have fallen a couple of times, just out of nowhere it is like my body crumbles, slowly. I haven't been hurt by it.

Schristy, you may or may not have epilepsy, but one thing for certain you do have a problem that needs attention. If you don't know of a good nurologist that you can see. Perhaps someone you trust can refer you. Thing is have yourself tested and find out what is wrong. Good Luck and don't wait around for something worse to happen before taking action.
