Does this sound like simple partial seizure?

Very new here. I will try my best to keep short.
I'm 47 yr old guy. Approximately 10 years ago I developed pancreatitis from gallstone. Very bad illness, 4 major surgeries, one being a Whipple and partial pancreatoectomy.
Okay, after getting home from first round....I began to experience these "episodes":

Feeling of dread like something going wrong
Fear, yet calm and consious
Then I fall off the "dread cliff" into a familiar yet so unreal
Feeling that almost makes me feel like passing out
Followed by the Deja feeling some speak about w/odd visualizations of weirdly familiar things or people.
Then an extreme flushing or draining sensation from head to toe. Instant heat and sweat
Finally, pull out of it, heart pounding and very exhausted.Frequency higher when stressed (work,etc?) or when dealing with pancreas flare ups. Your input greatly appreciated!
