stroke after epilepsy surgery

Hi im just hoping to get some info if anybody has any on having a stroke after the left tepur lobe removal as my daughter has had one. At the moment she has no movement in her right arm and leg but it never affected her face or speech. Please anyone who has been in the same boat all info is greatly appreciated

Hi Wardy,

I was looking through this site. My wife recently had a TL resection 3 days ago. The doctor listed stroke as a possible risk of surgery. It would seem since no one has commented it is a very rare risk. I wanted to ask how is your daughter doing? Usually if they can catch a stroke quickly they can reverse the damage.
