Hi guys.

Glad to hear you are all doing well.

I have been running around like crazy in this medicine rotation I am in. It is alot of fun but very tireing. I think I had a sz in my sleep the other night. Woke up sweating with cramped calf muscles. Oh well. I hav to rest more and eat better. The cafeteria food has been making me sick. My IBS has kicked back in and I have been quite nauseaus. Alright that is enough for now. HUGS everybody.

Daisy,

Take care of yourself girl. You're so worth it. As a mom, whose been through the ringer, I'm just sttarting to realize at 35 that if I don't take care of myself I can't take care of others. I took care of my bedbound grandmother who was bedbound 7 years. I had to use a hydrolic lift to get her out of bed and on the potty and in her wheelchair. It takes alot to keep a person like that. She passed away this July, and I realized my whole life revolved around her, the whole time I was doing what was expected I wasn't taking care of myself. I guess I'm saying your young but you still can slow down a little and take care of yourself.
