Greetings Neowolf,
So let me clarify my feeling about your software. It is a good tool for entering and tracking life events. You put a lot of thought into it and the charts are nice. The price is very fair. I do find the ease of use and screens to be a bit clunky and confusing, which I would be happy to send you more specific details on.
I think the only negative point for the lack of a better term, I made was that the software only shows proximity of events surrounding your seizures. Therefore, the patient is left to interpret what it is about those events that may be actual triggers. By the way, this is the same shortcoming that a manual calendar or log has as well, so I'm not suggesting a better alternative. After I have a Grand Mal seizure, it takes me days to get my wits back about me. I find it difficult to focus on anything, let alone have the mental ability to dig into event data and try to analyze triggers.
I don't see any other products besides Epitrax on your website, are there others? I was interested specifically in something for IBS, which my sister suffers from terribly.
Thank you and again please understand my intent was to give an honest review which is certainly only my humble opinion. There was one other forum that I posted my opinion in and I would be happy to post this clarification there as well.
Robert
Reason for edit: Discussion regarding the pro's and cons's is fine but if there are personal issues to be dealt with it would be best to do this outside of the forum, such as by email.
