Seizure Questions

I am still new to all this as I have been recently diagnoised as having a seizure disorder.  Matter of fact on Easter of all days.  Anyways I know for sure that I have abscence seizures but am not sure what the other "fits" I have would be considered so am asking here.  Due to financial issues I am not able to go to a neurologist but have yet seen a neuro who wanted to figure out what was wrong rather then classify me as crazy and load me up with antidepressents that made me worse.  Anyways I have periods where I don't feel right and they wear me down.  I feel like my head is spinning and feel really disorented.  Those happen the most often.  But I do have days where I feel like more will happen and it does.  I feel really naseous and do at times end up actually vomiting. That goes on for a few hours and I eventually faint.  Not sure exactly what happens when I faint but it usually doesnt last long. I am not talking a brief passout I am talking body hits ground hard passing out. I know I tense up right before I pass out and fall but beyond that I dunno.  No one has ever told me anything about that.  I am confused for a while afterwards and it takes me about 30-40 minutes to recover fully and feel okay.  Right now I am seeing a good doctor though who listens to me and understands my frustrations. I am on Dilantin 100 mg - 3x a day.  I have been on it for 6 days now and can already tell it is helping.  I am sleeping better then I ever have and feel alert and able to think now.  Before I was fatigued a lot and had trouble functioning.  I do notice if I miss a dose of the dilantin so I guess thats a sign its working well.  I have not had any fits like I have had before at most I feel a little off sometimes and tremble but it goes away quickly and its like it never happened.
