Hey
I'm new, obviously. I have been diagnosed with Tonic-clonic epilepsy six years ago and this is the first time I'm talking to anybody about
it except for my family and neurologist.
From the first time I've had seizures they have been roughly a year apart. I've had a seizure on the 7th of August and went for a blood sample immediately after. My levels were fine. I knew it was the seizure "season" again so I concentrated on getting adequate sleep, not consuming stimulants or aclohol ect. - not that I don't normally - and yet I still had a seizure.
There are only three things I've noticed about
my seizures: 1. The first few left me in agony, I had terrible headache and every muscle in my body hurt, but they were all early in the morning. 2. With the last two seizures I've had it seemed that I regained my wits faster but one was about
7pm and the other 2:30pm. 3. I seem to be "down" the day before my seizure.
Thats pretty much my routine. I wish you all the best.
Oh yes, does anybody have a service dog?
