Hi everyone--

I don't know where else to put this--I'll make it quick-

May be---admitted in hospital today---see neuro-today-

Last nite--me entire body was going in & out of clonic & tonic muscle spasms!  Not seizures--just muscles---fasiculating & spasming---If i don't post awhile--you'll know why--

I'm so scared!    What can be causing this?   Robert

oh my i sure hope you can find out fast n let us know......it sounds very very frightening..keeping you in thougfhts n prayers.....i wish i could help u with possible reasons but alas i am sure somebody will know ...tk care you..lyn

Dear Lyn-  Thank you so much for your kind thoughts and words--saw my neuro--she and other neuro--say,,,i;m....fine!  wink See my other later post..in "Anxiety & Panic")---All tests "normal"...eyes MRI..& EEG)---and general neuro exam---Dr. says it's all due to...stress! smhair Can stress do all that?  I guess it can!   Thanks again--Rob

I am so sorry Woton. Do you ever suffer from seizures? If they hospitalize you are they going to put you in a monitoring unit? As part of my disease, I suffer from uncontrolled muscle spasms. So I am very familiar with the painand discomfort that go along with them. Once I was started on Baclofen, a muscle relaxant, the spasms were totally controlled. Good luck and keep us posted.
