I'm new and have a question about TLE

Hi,

I am new to the group. I was wondering if anyone has ever seen flashing pictures such as faces when you're having a seizure. My psych doc thinks I may be having temporal lobe seizures so my rheumatologist is sending me to see a neuro doctor. Whatever I'm having it's pretty scary sad

Hmmm....maybe I have had that when I was a kid. I have left TLE. I have heard certain songs during seizures and had visual hallucinations, as well as feelings of dread and doom. I think that flashing faces could definitely be a TLE seizure. It's good that you're going to a neurologist. Get an MRI and an EEG. That will help the doctor find out where the seizures are coming from.
