Staring and can't talk

Okay.  I just wrote this once and for some reason, my computer deleted what I just said.  So I'll try this again.  And I'll shorten it this time.  My sister died in 2003 and was severely epileptic so I've never told anyone about my issues since I can remember what happens to me and she couldn't.  Here's what happens.

My head will feel severely strange.  My forehead will have this horrible pressure and it spreads into my eyes within seconds.  I feel clammy and my breathing is irregular.  I will immediately begin to stare.  Either my head will roll to the left or I'll stare straight ahead.  I can hear what is going on but I can't talk.  After it's over, some times I feel so much better because the pressure will leave.  But like right now, my head hurts so bad.  I just had two an hour ago.  My husband works 24 hr shifts and so I'm home alone with the kids.  My kids have gotten used to my "episodes" and they will run to me and hug me and give me legos and suckers.  :)  But unfortunately, no one else has ever seen them.  Once in 1999, I went to another country.  I was walking down the hall and tripped on my boot laces.  But as I fell, I mentally disappeared.  I sat on the ground, staring.  The leader layed on the floor and looked up at me talking but I couldn't understand much of what she said nor could I talk.  I just got an mri done this week because my ent thought I had an acoustic neuroma due to my unilateral hearing loss and heart beating in that ear.  The scans are clean.  I now have an appointment with a neurologist because he said I'm having migraines.  Yes, I have horrible migraines and tons of head pressure but my "episodes" are what concerns me.
