That is strange. But I'm glad you're covering all the bases and getting checked out - not that the medical community always knows what's going on, either! Migraines are the pits, I liken it to your brain being in labor.
My daughter has something unexplained, too. Sunlight disorients her (when it's in her eyes.) She gets distracted, sometimes forgets where she is, and unconsciously starts trying to "get it out of her eyes," wiping her hand over her forehead. This lasts for a few seconds, or until she gets out of the sun.
Apparently, she's done this since she was in elementary school, but it's become more pronounced. She had one grand mal seizure when she was 14, so she's been on Lamictal ever since, for 7 years. She just had her 2nd 24-hr. eeg and it came back normal , even though she had several of these episodes during that time. The first one showed "abnormal activity - nonspecific" - either way, no answers.
