Brain surgery and seizures

Has anyone undergone surgery with a normal mri and ambulatory eeg. My seizrures average about 1 a year. which is my next question. has anyone had surgery with this number of seizures.

I had right temporal lobe surgery just in September. My MRI showed a Benign Tumor in the lobe. I averaged 2-4 Complex partial seizures a day that weren't controlled even being on multiple medications. Since surgery, I've been seizure free and my medications have been slightly decreased already.

I had a right temporal lobectomy last April. I was having about 7 seizures a week, even on different medications, and now Ive been seizure free since the surgery. Ive also had zero complications, which is amazing, and from what Ive seen on other forums, there are very few complications with this surgery.
