I'm considering a device to help monitor my non epileptic and epileptic seizures . If you have any suggestions on one that you would recommend: be it watch , band , or bracelet . Please feel free to give any input and take note that all comments will be greatly appreciated!

Sorry it took me so long to reply, still learning the web. However it's funny you should mention that because the last time that I was monitored that was the only supplement that he left me on!
