well i had my surgery at the beggining of last year in january and since then my moods change alot and there has been at least 3 times when i think i have had seizures and if they were they usually happen at night but i cant tell the last one that im pretty sure it was i woke up and i had bit my tongue and my lamp was nocked over and like someone else had said i have trouble getting to sleep and im always tired i just kinda was wondering if there was anyone else had problems like this and if they had any suggestions. thanx.

well right now im on 500mg of kepra 2 times a day and ive told my doctor about what happened but theirs no way to tell if it actually happened but what i was wondering is if anyone knew anything about sleeping problems and what to do to help get to sleep and also if that the medicine or something else could cause mood changes or something. thanx for ur help smurf tongue ...

Hi. It took me three months to adjust to the mood swings from Keppra. My doseage is 500MG twice a day. Maybe since you started therapy two months ago you still have some adjusting to do. Talk to your neuro and maybe look into having your meds adjusted. Take care .Tracy
