New in here

I'll start off by telling you why i'm here.  The friday after thanksgiving me and my family were coming home from doing shopping.  I brought my 7 1/2 month into the house got ready to breast feed her and layed her down on my bed.  As i layed beside her i noticed she wasn't grabbing after me like normal so i got up and looked down on top of her.  I then realized her mouth area was turning blue and her hands were making fists.  I freaked out running her out to my husband who was checking to make sure she wasn't coking on anything.  Then her eyes rolled back and she started to have a siezure.  After being taken to the Emergency Room they ran a CAT scan and did blood work saying everything came back normal and sent us home.  We pulled into my drive way I took her out of her car seat to notice it was happening again.  They kept us in the hospital this time ran tests started giving her meds and took blood work ran EEG's during the week to check her balance is what they told me.  Anyway  I guess what i'm asking is #1 is they said alot of kids grow out of siezures as they get older.  Is this true?  Do I have hope that she could grow out of it.  So far i thank god she hasn't had any since they have put her on the medicine.  I am driving myself crazy though wondering what if what if.   I am so stressed out i am sinking into depression and now my doctor is treating me for depression.  Any info and just anything would be great.  I believe the name of the medicine is Valproic Acid.
