Hi Twiggy
I think it's a good idea to keep a record of any seizure or turns that you can remember so that when you do see your dr or neurologist all you have to give them a copy of the record you have.
I only take very mild seizures or 'funny turns' as I call them when I get a weird dream come into my head and my head feels funny. When I 1st started having these turns someone suggested to me to keep a record of the turns so I bought an exercise book. As soon as I take a turn I write down what I can remember about the turn (I can't always remember everything), if someone witnesses me taking a turn I ask the person what I was like when I took the turn then I write that down in my exercise book.
When the time comes to see my neurologist I type any turns I've had on the computer so they are more readble lol & print them out for the neurologist.
At 1st my neurologist didn't understand what I meant by my turns either & would ask me about the dreams, eventualy he started to understand.
