Hello, I have had 3 episodes since January of passing out. Before passing out, I have a loud roaring in my head that seems to come from my body into my head and drowns out all other noises. on average I pass out for 20 - 30 minutes and become aware of my surroundings very slowly. On my 3 hospital stays I have had an MRI, 2 catscans, 2 eeg's, 2EMG's, and 2 tilt-table tests. The only thing I failed was both tilt table tests. My doctor put me on Toprol-XL and Midodrine after the first episode and I am wearing TED stockings, but I have had 2 episodes since then. I'm not sure the doctor's know what thery're doing. Now they have me taking Keppra, but they are not diagnosing me with a seizure disorder. I also am currently not driving. Nowhere in my research can I find any clues to the roaring noise in my head and I think this is the key to it all. Does anyone have any ideas? Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Glen
