Thought this was interesting. a friend of mine found it while researching something else and passed it on to me

great to send to others so they can have a better understanding of FM. perhaps friends and family members.
or even yourself if you don't really understand it a whole lot.

Ingenua, this is very, very good!  Thank you so much for sharing this.  I have bookmarked it for whenever I need to explain fibro to people.

I've seen a lot of sites on FM and i thought this one was one of the best ones in terms of easily describing it with details but not getting too complicated and too thorough.. but covering all the bases.

Hi Ingenua,

That was really cool. And really imformative. I think everybody should see this. It does sum it up in a way that others can understand and it isn't too long. Perfect.
