I do have an issue with my neck hurting along with this. I also have a tender spot between my shoulder blades that hurts when touched but is not causing a problem. My neck, mostly the right side had been bothering me lately. My fibro affects my right side more than the left but not exclusively. I know typing hurts, but I can't recall what action made them start feeling like this in the first place. It hurts just laying or sitting watching TV. I would not describe it as pain. So I don't want any type of pain medicine. It seems like the more I use them, the more it has this numbing type feeling.
It started Saturday, when we took our kids fishing. Casting out hurt my arm, but it was already starting to hurt before that. Doing that just aggravated it. Then that night, I was pulling weeds, and trimming tree branches, so I figured I over did it. Oh yea, and played tee ball with the kids. Wouldn't trade a minute for any of it though. :D
Something else thats hurting is the bottom of my heels. It feels like my bone in the heel is going to go through the skin when I walk.
I just though it's the beginning of a flare. All my flare ups start differently though, so I can't really tell yet.
